The batter was so crispy but not greasy and the fish was so juicy and succulent in the middle. It was literally cooked to perfection. The chips were amazing too. Not to crispy and not to soggy. A perfect blend and you can tell they use really good potatoes. Really friendly service in lovely little area. Just a shame I don’t live closer as would be here every Friday! Highly recommend!! ”
“ Hands down the best Fish and Chips I’ve ever had. I had the Cornish Pasty which is not industrialised, but looks and tastes home made, deliciously seasoned and fresh. The Cod was the most flaky, juicy with super crispy crust and the chips were on the same level, chunky and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. They made it to order and nothing was left sitting on the counter. I more than 100% recommend it. They seem to be a family business and have very good customer service, very attentive and quick. The space is sweet and yes, it could have a bit more to the decor but at the end of the day, the food and service is what matter the most, and they definitely excel! The large Cod portion is massive, they put a whole fillet another chunky piece, with loads of chips. ”
